Alternatives to Blackbaud

Does anyone out there have any suggested alternatives to BB? Technical issues remain and my cost is going up 5% a year for the next 5 years because of their massive investments.

    Have not explored any yet, but will follow.

    I'm going to have to check on our renewal fees as we just renewed and our price has ‘stayed’ the same but our main cost is RE, so FE is a small % of our total BB spend.

    For an accounting package we are looking over the next few months to see if BB is going to be the package we stay with or look to migrate over. Going to be doing a lot of leg work while completing our quarter end, forecast to YE, budget and prepping for FY end in March. So just your usual start of the year. ?

    @Don Wheat Following as well. The big jump in price, and the constant issues. When it's great, it's great. But when it's bad it's terrible. And major things, like bank recs, reports etc. Anytime they do “upgrades” there are subsequent issues. I can't even begin to think about instituting expense management or Credit card uploading based on the posts I see here. But as these things keep happening and my users don't have faith in the system…it may become necessary. I wonder how we would get all the docs we've attached to transactions back out…That's a key issue in switching.
