Power BI: Access to the resource is forbidden

I see this question has been posted before, however I can't find an answer. I've installed the Power BI connector, I can see the tables but getting an Access to the resource is forbidden error when trying to connect the data. Any help appreciated.

Just to confirm, you've followed these steps?

Create the application made with your Application ID and Client Secret

And then add that application in your RE NXT Marketplace

@Peta McGee Hi Peta, I got the same issue. It is resolve after I did the following step

1. I set the scope in my app to full access
2. I login to Raiser's Edge while establish connector from Power BI.

I think it will resolve the issue.

@Viet Truong I followed the steps from this article to set the scope in my app to full access and logging in to RE while establishing connector from Power BI but still getting “access to this resource is forbidden” error when loading data.

I wonder why my environment access still shows “none” when managing my app in sky API?
