Daily call count?

How do we tell how many calls we've had on any given day? Where do we see that in the developer account?

Do PowerAutomate calls count toward our daily limit?

  • Hey @Chris Zello, you can see your API usage on SKY API portal under “Developer Account → Analytics." Here's a link. And yes, Power Automate calls do count towards total API calls.

  • @Chris Zello just a slight correction to Matt's comments. The official Blackbaud-provided Power Platform connectors are customer-facing, not developer-facing. You won't need a SKY Developer account to use them, and thus calls to the API don't count towards any quota.

    If you're using the open-source Power BI connector, or you've defined your own custom Power Platform connector, you'll be providing your own subscription key (or prompting the user for a subscription key) in which case the calls will be applied towards the quota.
