Continuous Integration platform for tile

We have been trying to use AWS Amplify to host our tiles but have not been able to get the continuous integration part working successfully. Instead we have to build it, adjust the folder structure and then deploy it manually on Amplify.

I was wondering if anybody was using a platform for CI which works with addins. We use Amplify for other apps and it works really well but we just cannot get it to work with addins.
