Payment Option Wording Confusion

I have had a few parents complain about the wording of the payment options from their parent view of TMS. The "Pay my past due amount" includes all fees due but the "Pay my balance due" seems to only include current fees due. The parent said the accidentally only paid their current balance because they did not realize that the “Pay my balance due” option does not include the past due balance and late fees. I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue. Would there be a way to include an option for paying the outstanding balance (current balance plus any past due balance and late fees) or changing the wording for clarification?
