503 No Healthy Upstream

Hey,

We are using the SKY API to retrieve data from schools and for the past few days we've been receiving 503 errors with a message of no 'healthy upstream'.

We're calling `/school/v1/users/extended` after exchanging expired access tokens for fresh ones, it currently works against our testing school, but fails with real schools in prod.

Any ideas?

We're seeing intermittent failures that may be related to what you're seeing.

We use SKYLib.Net. Some scheduled programs return “Service Unavailable” on calls to V1levelsget. We run several programs each night. Most nights, everything runs with no problem. Recently, one or two of the programs will fail to connect correctly.

The programs are running outside of the announced maintenance windows. I'm scratching my head…

We had this upstream error and another error return during a couple of automations around 2-2:30 am on 3/20 & 3/22.

@Pixevety IT Over the last several days the Blackbaud team has been monitoring and is aware of the traffic that you are experienced. Our team has taken steps to remedy the issues and believe the situation to be resolved, but we are still monitoring for any new developments. If you continue to see issues like this please submit a support ticket with the specific details of the calls you are making and errors you are experiencing. With that information, we can track down any specific problems you may have.
