Service and Sales analysis and trend analysis reports in A/R7

Greetings,

As we continue to build our our new A/R capabilities in the webview we have notice in our research that the 2 reports in the title are highly used based on saved parameters. For those of you using these reports can you give me some insight into how you are using them to make decisions or take action? And, can you provide feedback to how you would like to see improvements in the reports, i.e filtering, sorting, grouping.
