more specs to my projecterror when adding

Hi All, I am working with visual studio 2019 16.11 w/ blackbaud sdk for scrm sp25. I am trying to add a stored procedure to my project but I keep getting this error when I right click my project and select add, when I choose the storced procedure spec template I get this error from visual studio.

    Have you checked that the dll in question exists in your visual studio folder. I've had issues a few times where the dll files have not been copied from the install folder to the visual studio filepath. If you copy the dll files from SDK\\Tools to the PrivateAssemblies folder (which sits under the relevant VS folder to you in program files) then this might resolve your issue.

    We're still on 2017 so I'm not sure if the file structure might be slightly different though
