Is anyone using the financial dashboards? I am trying to build a dashboard with limited security/access to general ledger accounts, per user. So far, I can build a dashboard but I cannot set limits to account access per user. All users can access all accounts.

Hi @Nancy Catania, you'd want to set the account security on which accounts users can and can't access first and then the dashboards will respect that account access. You may even be able to create one dashboard for multiple users because their security rights would limit what they would each see from the same dashboard.

Thank you - do you know if this improvement was made in the last year or so?

I tried many times about a year ago to limit select accounts.

I solved this problem by creating a dashboard in Shiny and letting users access it through mySchool. When they click the link from the resource page it takes the User ID from the URL and grants them access to the correct accounts.
