Vendor with multiple accounts

Example of the vendor for the electric company - we have 3 different customer accounts with the vendor, 1 for each building location. For each customer account, there is a different distribution set.

Is it possible to list each customer account number in a single vendor record?

Not on the main record's default fields. There is only 1 field for Customer Number. So as an alternative, you could use / make an attribute ( custom field in web view) . And then apply it 3 times to the record so you can then enter the customer numbers there.
