Missing accounts in budget copy

Hi All,

I'm trying to create a forecasting budget scenario that takes the actuals of the first 6 months of the fiscal year and copies the original budget for the remaining six months.

I perform all the steps - open a budget scenario, select More, select Copy and forecast, select a Scenario ID and fiscal year, select Values to copy > Actuals for periods 1-6, Values for remaining periods > Copy budget and check the Include project and grant budgets that were not originally included in the source budget scenario box.

The results I get from this scenario provides me with actuals and budgets but only for those accounts that were part of the budget scenario ID selected. Accounts that have actual values for the first 6 months but were not in the budget scenario ID are not included in this copy.

Do I need to load all my accounts in the original budget scenario, giving them zero values, presumably through the Excel Add-In? If so, how would I accomplish this with an existing scenario that already has accounts loaded - create a separate budget scenario with all accounts and zeros then merge the two?

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, especially from those who have had to deal with this situation.
