Attendance record: what is the meaning of attendance_of_record and attendance_type

Hello,

When fetching attendance records we see attendance_of_record and attendance_type set to either true or false. What does it mean when these parameters are set to either true or false?

We were expecting attendance type to be set either: present, absent, tardy or virtual.

    Attendance_of_record
Some schools record attendance by day. Attendance entries are recorded for a specific period, though. So, the attendance record taken in the designated period that represents the day's attendance (like Homeroom period) gets this field set to true. For schools that record attendance by period, every attendance record will have this field set to true.

    Attendance_type
This field represents actual vs. pre-excused (future) attendance. It's less than clear, since it shows as a boolean, but it's really saying actual (false) vs. future (true). The field would be more accurately named pre_excused.
