Persistent "You must specify a valid Context Record ID." error on a datalist

I am trying to create a new Appeal Search datalist on a page to help users search as they can include extra attribute fields but I can't work out why I keep getting You must specify a valid Context Record ID.

Checked it against another datalist - I didn't need the context IN THE DATALIST
