New deployment of user accounts preventing database view access- Citrix

Here's a fun one- when adding new FE users, or setting up existing ones on a new device, we are running into an issue with Citrix that is preventing them from accessing database view (which hasn't been turned off for us yet) and also the budget creator Excel Add-in. Has anyone else experienced this issue? We are in a microsoft environment using active directory. I appreciate any insight!

for the DB view would wonder if it's an issue with citrix directly. But if you've not contacted FE Support yet, I would so they can start the process of isolating the issue.

@Kevin Brazell I fixed the citrix/DB view issue and the budget creator add-in issue for the new user; it is the deployment on a new device for an existing user causing a hang-up.

installing the latest version of Citrix released on June 30th for the existing user seems to have done the trick!
