endpoint is throwing "Bad Request" error on any call

Suddenly calls to school/v1/users/extended/user_id are returning “Bad Request” error message.

This is happening for 5 different schools. Can you please investigate.

    Good morning @Simon Noakes , we've tested several different environments using this call and each test returned the expected results. Do you have a few school examples and call URLs we could look into?

    This morning the issue is gone. The “Bad request” error occurred on September 12, 13 for these schools: RidleyCollege, TheBaySchoolOfSanFrancisco, FortWorthCountryDay, RivieraRidgeSchool and FalkLaboratorySchool.
