Change report links to run instead of edit reports.

90% of the time, we don't need to edit reports. Now that relative dates and similar settings exist, it is no longer necessary to review settings every time you run a report.

Clicking the report name is one click. Clicking the three-dot menu and then selecting “Run” is two clicks.

It is less intuitive to use the three-dot menu instead of just clicking the report name, especially for regular users who just need to run reports instead of editing before running.

Finally: loading the report edit window is frustratingly slow, with no way to opt-out if you click the report name by accident.

I wish there was a “Last Quarter” relative date. Until then, I use the three-dot menu for Run, Export to Excel Data, and Export to PDF all the time. And I use and like like the link for editing the report, but it's annoying when you accidentally click the link and have to wait for it to load. There should be a way to cancel that. It's really slow. Hopefully all these things get fixed!
