My name is Jessi Walters, and I am the Product Manager for Core in Blackbaud Education Management. Customer Success Manager, Ansley Fry, and I will be hosting a webinar today to discuss the upcoming changes to Blackbaud ID. Next month, MFA (Multi-factor Authentication) will be required on faculty/staff users' BBID accounts if they use a Blackbaud ID username + password to authenticate. FAQs and exemptions can be found in this blog post.
