Have you ever done work in a previous or future billing year thinking that you were in the current billing year?

The upper-right billing year menu allows users to toggle between past, present, and future billing years. It can often be frustrating when you think you are in the current billing year and doing work not realizing that you are in the wrong billing year.

It would be very helpful if the screen color or banner color would change to something very obvious when you are not in the current billing year to better inform the user of this.
