Reprint EFT remittance

Does anyone know how to reprint the EFT remittance file? I neglected to download it after generating the remittance.

Great question! I forget sometimes to download these eft files too. I would love to know how to re-print them.

@Robin ShermanHarper and @Debbie Arthur - when you generated the EFT file, it should have been placed in your internet browser’s default Downloads folder. If you haven't yet deleted or archived it, you should be able to open it and print. Let us know if that doesn't work!

@Sarah Curry thanks Sarah – I do see the .ach files in my Downloads. Any idea what program is best to open them? Adobe doesn't work obviously…

I can open items in my downloads folder if they are PDFs with no problem.

What if you are not the person that generated the file, or if the file was months ago? Is there a way to download a copy? I have a vendor asking for a remittance statement from Oct 2023!

@Kim Ward we download to our files/folders prior to sending the EFT file to the bank, save everything! we constantly have vendors asking for a copy or backup.

we do the same with the checks, due to having to change the print size each time.
