Blackbaud EAP Opportunity - Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Requirement

Hello!

I serve as the eTapestry Product Manager here at Blackbaud and we're looking for a few volunteers to test out Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on their Blackbaud ID (BBID) username and password.

If you volunteer, then the week of 11/6/2023, we will enable MFA for your eTapestry account and any user that attempts to log in, will be required to set MFA if they haven't already.

MFA adds another layer of security to your login process by requiring users to enter two or more factors to prove their identity. Eventually we will require all customers to enable MFA, but for now we will just enable it for those that volunteer for the EAP.
