Roles required for Master Schedule endpoint

Hello Blackbaud community,

We are getting a 401 when calling:

We are generating the access token with a user who has both roles: Academic Group Manager and Schedule Manager.

Are we missing a role?

    Was there a solution to this issue? I am also calling the Academics master schedule end-point and we are generating the access token with a user who has both roles: Academic Group Manager and Schedule Manager. Are we missing a role?

    Their user needed a correction in its setup. The error was not role-related. So long as your user has permissions for that database and has one of the required roles, the endpoint should work as expected.

    Was there a solution found to this problem? That is, the documentation lists Academic Group Manager or Schedule Manager as the needed role. Is there another role needed?

    Thank you for your quick response. I believe I have the right role assigned, as I can access other end-points that require the Academic Group Manager. role

    With this one, I still receive,
    "message": "You do not have access to this route.",

    "error_code": 401,

    Are there any items I should check?

    Hmm. If everything is set up right, then I'd open a ticket with support.blackbaud.com. They may be able to troubleshoot it, and - if not - they'll get it to a development team if it's a bug.
