Accessing Power BI reports from NXT buttons - Authentication / Browser issues

We have successfully embedded button Add-In on the NXT homepage for a Power BI report. All users reach the Power BI “Sign In” screen. If I am using Edge this authenticates and loads the report, if I am using Chrome or Firefox it just gets stuck at the Sign In option - no error message, no progress, no nothing! Any suggestions - or is this Microsoft compatibility making life too hard?

    This is an issue on some browser that started to happen ~1 month ago. Chrome is one of the browser that has issue.

    As a workaround, once you clicked on the “Sign In” for Power BI, you can click somewhere next to the Sign In button on an empty space and select “Reload frame”. This will allow the BI to load.

    @John Bird- I asked the same question a few weeks ago with Chrome. Just as Alex said, click Sign In and then I have to refresh the page and it will appear.

    @Carol Grant @Alex Wong thanks both for your replies! I love the dark arts of this kind of work! We have just found a Firefox setting that works - if you make sure cross-site cookies are not blocked (in Settings) it resolves the issue - although we are yet to find the equivalent in Chrome. Thank you!
