Looking for colleges that have undergraduate/graduate coursework

We are a new school working on converting to Blackbaud and I am wondering if there are schools that have both graduate and undergraduate coursework and if I can ask some questions? We are struggling handling the distinction in the different areas, especially with transcripts.

We also do a lot of intensives and have five different terms within the session and wondering how colleges handle letting students understand and communicate ‘random’ schedules. If anyone can talk to me about this I would appreciate it.
