December 4th and December 5th Attachments

Does anyone know how the issue with attachments that cannot be downloaded is fixed? There was a Active Issue on the Blackbaud Status page (Active Issue Alert – Financial Edge NXT - #000495892) but it is now marked resolved.

  • @Dan HoutReilly Wondering the same thing as the resolution listed is for slowness etc. - not the attachments that we could not download and still cannot.

  • I did contact support. They indicatd that a fix has not yet been implemented (despite the active issue alert being marked "resolved") and that they would add my organization to the list of impacted organiztions. If your organization is impacted, I'd suggest that you also open a ticket.

    I have that issue when the internet is slow. I work in a semi-rural area, so internet is not the greatest. I back out then go back in and download the attachment, that normally works.

  • UPDATE: Received a response on my ticket today that the issue is resolved. I check my journal entry attachments from December 4th and 5th and it does actually appear to be resolved.
