Reports Project and Account Codes Error

Is anyone else having trouble getting project and account codes to stick in reports? I have been having trouble with this since Friday morning and haven't been able to run reports that I need.

    @Faith Strickland, can you elaborate on this for me, please? I thought you maybe were having issues with the filters not working but I'm unable to duplicate that so I didn't want to assume that was the issue. What do you mean by the account codes and projects not sticking?
