Continuous Enrollment

I would like to know if anyone else is doing continuous enrollment contracts. If so, how are they handling the deposit and how they are handling a new sibling in the family enrolling. It seems that the contract will not be able to be submitted for the new sibling.

  • @Donna Albaumd Hello! I checked with support on this issue and they say as long as they enroll as a returning family and everything is identical to the first students payment plan, you should have no issues enrolling. Let me know if this helps!

@Donna Albaumd As long as all students are assigned a contract (or Payment plan agreement, whatever you would like to call it for returning students), then all students and siblings can complete an integrated contract.

However, if accounts are manually rolled over in the new year so that only new students are assigned contracts, then new siblings of returning families cannot have an integrated contract assigned to them, as it will error out. A non-integrated contract would be needed, and all siblings would need to be manually added, along with their billing, in Tuition Management.

In your opinion, which is the “better” way to go with this?

@Michaela Murphy It is definitely recommended to assign contracts to each student, for the same reason that was mentioned above. If there is no deposit for both new and returning students, then two different contracts would be needed, but as long as they have the same payment plan options then different contract types can be assigned to members of the same family.
