Catalog Browser Speed

Good morning,

After deploying a dll to CRM it takes about 5 minutes for the catalog browser to load to allow us to load the package. In our non-prod hosting it takes about 30 seconds to a minute, and in prod it loads instantly.

Is anyone aware of a process or setting that needs to be altered for the catalog browser to reload the available dlls more efficiently. I cannot remember the timing, but I believe it started after either upgrading to a Windows 2022 server, or to the latest SP, both happened around the same time.
