Vendors W-9 Includes DBA

We have a vendor whose W-9 includes a DBA. The DBA is the name used for payment and vendor records in our system, but for purposes of the 1099, we need to use their W-9 line one name (legal entity). Does anyone know of a way in Blackbaud FENXT to include both names and still be able to search by the DBA/payee name. When we use the DBA in the payee name field, we are not able to filter our search by payee name.

    @Shelly White From my research as I've been helping our new employee figure these out, in database view, go into the 1099 address and in the options tab click on the 1099 name and name 2 fields. Then the payee is still the company but this comes up. But on our Aatrix grid everything is in optional and I haven't seen the final product yet.

    @Shelly White I entered the W-9 Legal entity name manually in the Aatrix grid in the column Labeled “Receipient Company Name” before the default that populates from BB “Optional Name” (DBA - Cut the check to) as when I tried in BB entering the names under options in Lines 1 & 2 and when tested in the Aatrix grid it comes out as 1 long line cutting off company name info.
