Can the fund code be moved to a different position after the date beginning balances were locked?

Is it possible to change funds position from the first segment to last after the date beginning balances were locked? Our current account structure FF-CCCC (Fund-Account Code). Every time we work with .csv import files, accounts that start with funds 10 and 11 get automatically converted to dates. For example, 10-4000 becomes Oct-00 and 11-4000 becomes Nov-00.
