Reviewer Portal - Editing the info in the card/list

Hello! We launched BBGM at the end of 2023 and just closed our very first round of funding! I was delighted to work with a wonderful staff from BB to implement our solution.

After doing training with our Review Committee, they have requested an extra field be added to the grant card (or column to the list view). I believe what I want to do is edit the view. There are several preset view options available under Admin>Preferences, but I don't see how to edit the view to add the field I want.

    You can adjust this by creating saved Review views in the Workspace. When you save a view for Reviews there is a check box to allow the view to be in the Reviewer Portal.

    After this is complete, you can go to the Admin - Preferences in the Reviewer Portal and set default views in the first section.

  • @Angela Hunter Yes, I'm so pleased! We closed our first round of applications about 10 days ago and I sent a survey to applicants last week asking their feedback on the new system. I've had a strong response so far, and it's overwhelmingly positive! :)
