Expense Mngt invoice not sending notification to approver

Anyone have the issue of expense mngt invoice requests not sending a notification to one of the approvers? Not sure what's missing in their set up

Ask the user to go to Expense Management>Edit my settings>Edit, then go to “Invoice request notifications”. The notifications box should be checked. If you're an administrator, you can edit their settings as well. Go to Expense Managment>Settings>User settings. Hope this helps!
