Read Receipts on System Emails

Hi there

When sending emails from BBGM there is an option to request a read receipt:

Does anyone know what the ‘by design’ process for this is? I've often ticked it to see if a read receipt is generated but nothing has ever appeared in any inbox, nor has an activity record been created. Where do read receipts go?

We're experiencing issues with Outlook blocking / sending to junk emails from mail@grantapplication.com so if there is a way we can access these read receipts it would be very useful.

@David Slavin From my understanding the read receipt goes to <mail@grantapplication.com>.
