@Brenda Noiseux I understand there is new applicant portal coming! We have 2 rounds of grant funding each year, and the application window for Round 2 is July 4-August 15. Based on the dates, we can receive all applications in our current applicant portal. My question is whether this will cause problems when the new portal rolls out as the Interim and Final reports will be completed in the new applicant portal.

My question is this - does it matter if the application and reports are accessed through the different applicant windows? Should I prioritize moving to the new portal for the upcoming Funding Round so the full process is moved to the new portal?

@Monica Jordan The existing portal will be available until Aug 2025, so if those are single year, they may be able to wrap up in the same portal. We're also working on a path to publish requirements to the new portal for existing grants, such as ones with multi-year requirements. More to come.

@Brenda Noiseux Thanks very much! This is helpful and takes a bit of pressure off me for the upcoming round of funding! Our grants are typically for 1 year, although the final reports won't be due until October 2025, so they will land in the new portal. Thanks again!

Can you clarify which applicant portal will no longer be available in Aug. of 2025. You have a lot of products and I thought you had 2 different application portals for BBG… not including the one from Your Cause Grants. Also once I know which portal you are referencing, is it ending Aug 1 or Aug 31, 2025? Also, is Blackbaud migrating anything necessary from the portals, like application forms, requirement forms, scheduled or open requirements?
