Shopping Cart Feature

Is there a way to allow emailed receipts/notifications of shopping cart purchases to specific departments within the school? For example, if we are selling prom tickets through shopping cart and want the Dean of Students to receive just those notifications of payments to check against a registration form? I don't want them to get every single shopping cart receipt that does not apply to their event when we are running multiple items at the same time. Any suggestions?

    @Kelli Peters I would recommend scheduling a static Fee Report for the one Shopping Cart Fee, or Prom tickets in your example, so that the emailed report to the Dean of Students contains a list of all of the purchases that have been made up to that point. The automated report can be scheduled for once a week, once a month, bi-weekly, or on the dates of your choosing.

    Thank you! That is what I currently do, but was hoping for a way to allow email receipts directly to internal staff, similar to the way we can have email receipts sent to specific people in Buy Now. I just don't want the Dean of students to get ALL of the shopping cart receipts when we are running multiple items that don't pertain to them.

    @Kelli Peters That currently isn't an available option within the system, but I would encourage you to submit your vote for that same idea within the Blackbaud Community Enhancement Requests portal here. The more votes an item receives, the more likely it is to be considered by the developers and added to the future product roadmap.
