Power BI Connector Failing - Gifts Endpoint

Hello:

Today, our reports started to fail. When I tried to refresh them, I am getting this error when trying to access the Gifts API endpoint:

DataSource.Error: Web.Contents failed to get contents from 'https://api.sky.blackbaud.com/list/v1/lists?list_type=Gift' (500): Internal Server Error
Details:
DataSourceKind=Blackbaud
DataSourcePath=Blackbaud
Url=https://api.sky.blackbaud.com/list/v1/lists?list_type=Gift

No other API endpoint is giving this error.

I checked the status page for the SKY API and there doesn't seem to be any issues. Is anyone else having this problem?

I was just coming here to ask the same! Ours is happening with Gift and Gift custom fields.

Hey @Jeremy Wrinkle, looks like there's an issue with the SKY API list of lists endpoint specifically for type gift.

@Heather McLean or @Erik Leaver, any ideas on what the issue is?

Tried on the API console and looks to be a randomly happening issue.

If I were to try again.. it will work.. and then fail again. 2 fail out of 10 tries

list_type=Action also failed in my 1 out of 3 tries
