Hi - Does anyone know if MS Power Platform integrates with with Education Management Calendars?

    @Mark Govatos You can get calendar events using a beta API reference - GetCalendarForUser. If you have built a calendar events advanced list, you can also use the API - GetListSingle to get the advanced list data to a CSV file. I do not see a create calendar events API. You will have to wait for the create events API. Let me know if you have any questions. Vicky

    Hi @Katherine Nolte - You can access all of the Education Management endpoints (except Patch endpoints but changes are in the works to allow that too) using the Send an HTTP Request action from the Blackbaud SKY Add-ins connector. I'm not 100% familiar with all of the Education Management endpoints but it looks like the GET Academics section by teacher endpoint would give you what you need to build out a Flow to these into Outlook.

    @Ashley Moose Thank you so much for your response. Can you also point me in the direction of how to add this to Power Automate? Specifically, with Blackbaud? There is so much information out there about Blackbaud…I'm overwhelmed with where to start.

    Take a look at this template I shared a while back - https://community.blackbaud.com/forums/viewtopic/586/63876. It's a different goal than what you are trying to achieve (user audit notification) but it uses the Blackbaud SKY Add-ins connector and is somewhat of a beginner flow so it should give you an idea on how to get started. You'll then just need to modify everything else specific to your endpoint and adding calendar details, as opposed to sending an email.
