Cash account journal entry without affecting the bank register balance

I need to make an adjustment to my cash account that does not affect my bank register. I uncheck the box, but every time I save the entry, the box is automatically checked again. I changed my rules so that I could do this and am allowed to uncheck the box, but it automatically gets checked upon saving.

Any insight?

Upon opening a new session of NXT, the journal entry posted correctly.
