Regions Bank Cards versus American Express (Yodlee)

Hello, we haven't been able to connect our credit card feeds for our AMEX cards since last November. It was suggested that I look into Regions Bank Cards. Do these connect through FENXT with Yodlee, just like American Express? If so, there is no point in switching. I have asked for a demo on the Regions bank cards but have not received one yet. Can anyone shed light into the Regions Bank cards connecting with FENXT?

Hello Erin. Check out KB article 190357. We have been using the Blackbaud Regions bank card for a year now. The feed is a direct integration instead Yodlee screen scraping. I have found the feed very reliable and dependable. The only problem we had with the Blackbaud Regions credit card feed was in December after Blackbaud did a Yodlee upgrade. After the upgrade we had to accept the Yodlee terms of use. Once we did that, we were good to go. Everything was there from prior to the upgrade. No duplicate transactions. No missing transactions.

@Erin Hall We have been trying to connect our US Bank cards and have been working with support for over 2 years. We finally got it connected and now it doesn't work again. We don't want to make the switch over to the Blackbaud credit cards. I'm working with support again to connect our cards once again.

@Erin Hall We have had the same issue with AMEX. It was working at one point and then never again. Been working with support for about three years now and still no one has gotten it fixed.
