In this conversation with Elizabeth Gousse Ballotte, she shares her experience as a Partner at accounting firm PKF O’Connor Davies and how she’s helped grantmaking organizations mitigate fraud risks. She will share best practices for selecting your grantees and what due diligence steps you should take. She’ll also highlight what to do if you receive a whistleblower complaint, how to address it, and how to establish a corrective action plan.

@Monica Jordan Actually this one never happened. We had technical difficulty the day of the webinar and then we could not find a date that worked for all parties to reschedule. Hoping to try again though in 2025.
