    if you're just looking for debits and credits to the AP account then the AP account distribution report is the report to use for that. Just filter the report to your desired account(s) and run it for the time period you need.

    @Kevin Brazell Thank you for the reply. This is a good way to run all AP activity (credit AP). What is missing though is the acct / dpt of the debit side of the transaction.
