Our old software used a tiered dropdown menu to see a consolidated view that then expanded into different rollups, that then expanded to the bottom level of department codes and names. The account structure within NXT is the same (AA-xxxxx-BB, with BB being the department code for each GL).

Is there a way for me to see all the department codes and their names in a list? Furthermore, is there a way to see which department is attached to what rollup? If these rollups do not exist within NXT, is there a way to implement tags that would delineate them into these “rollups”?

    In NXT that should be under Control Panel> Fields & Tables. Then click on the Tables Tab. Scroll to the table for department and click the circle to the left of it's name and choose View. This will show you the list as well as let you edit those or add a new one for use on accounts.
