Listing Gifts from Batch Number in Power Automate

Hi All,

Maybe a simple question, but is there a way to list the individual gifts within a specific batch through power automate? We are looking to replicate the control reports that we are able to pull in database view for gifts that are coming through only to webview.

I see that I'm able to get the batch numbers from webview with the Gifts connector that gives me how many gifts are in the batch and total $ amount, but don't see a way to list the individual gift lines.

Hopefully this is doable, but if not, is there a way to run a control report equivalent for Webview gifts.

the gift list connector does not have a filter for batch #, so what you want to do cannot be done directly.

Indirectly, you can, you will have to play around with gift date added to cast a “bigger” net of gifts, then from the results of the gift list, use Filter Array to filter only those gifts that has a certain batch_number. from there you can do whatever you want with the filtered list of gift to create a control report of your liking.
