The powers that be in my organization are forcing our AMEX cardholders to use two-factor authentication for their logins. I raised the important, obvious objection that this would cause our credit card feeds into Expense Management to fail.

Is there any way around this? I actually do not understand why the cardholders need this for their individual logins….I can have 2FA on our AMEX @ Work parent account, and that wouldn't affect our feeds, and should be sufficient, I think……but I have my marching orders. It's not like the individual cardholders can do much of anything with their credentials, beyond being able to view and dispute their charges.

    @Patrick Lunn, multi-factor authentication should be supported here. Were you able to get them set up for your users or contact support to get set up?
