One PodLookup Service returned a 404.

We're encountering this error when making calls to the School API:

Saw a few posts about this but couldn't find anything that helped our situation. Any idea what might be causing this error?

    @Davis Tran usually this means the product entitlements for the call you are making aren't present for the environment. It could mean you are accessing the incorrect environment if you have multiple or, something is missing from you're environment. Please reach out to our support team and they will be happy to assist you with this issue.
