FE NXT Budget Module allows Duplicate Entries - Safeguard Missing

When adding budget lines in database view, a warning pops up when attempting to make a duplicate entry (where the account/department combination is identical to a previous entry), and the duplicate line will not save to the budget scenario. This safeguard is missing in FE NXT, which makes us vulnerable to duplicating (and thus inflating) budget entries. Seems we've lost a safeguard in FE NXT. Can this be remedied?

    Yes, I noticed that too. it adds the lines together. Which I do not mind as I need to add to accounts during the year, and it is easier to just add a new line instead of finding the line and editing. But it is a risk.
