eTapestry Advanced Mass Email Fails DMARC Alignment

Here is my SPF record:
v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com include:outboundmail.blackbaud.net include:ne16.com ~all

Per eTapestry documentation:

It includes outboundmail.blackbaud.net (Basic Mass Email) & ne16.com (eTapestry Advanced Email).

When we send emails using Basic Mass Email, SPF passes, DKIM passes, and DMARC is aligned and passes. When we send emails using Advanced Mass Email, SPF passes, DKIM passes, but DMARC is NOT aligned and FAILS.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I would contact support - I had trouble with advanced email but with their help corrected what I needed to. They will look at your SPF records and advise

    @Raymah Hutchinson It turns out you need 2 DKIM keys, one for Basic Mass Email and one for Advanced Mass Email.

    When we got our DKIM setup originally, we only got one for Basic.
