Creating Student/Teacher accounts within Developer Sandbox

Would I be able to create accounts with different roles (one or two students, one or two teachers) within the SKY Developer Cohort Sandbox environment so that I can test functionality when signed in as either of those? If so, how do I go about doing that? And if not, is there any way to emulate that?

    (Sorry for the delayed response, just saw this item)

    You can test in this manner, but it requires some steps. Basically, you need to find a student or teacher record to use to log in to your system and create a BBID account for them. The BEM record should fit whatever scenario (enrollment, etc.) you want to test.

    So, send an email to me (stephen.boyle@blackbaud.com) with:

    • The student/teacher record in the Cohort that fits your test scenario (that has no email, preferably)
    • An email (not already in use) for use as the login email.

    I will send you a BBID invite email. You go through the login process, and the account should then be ready for your testing.
