When making a payment through Blackbaud Merchant Services, we are receiving the above error. We have confirmed our Blackbaud user and application has full access, nothing has changed on our end. This started yesterday.
@GrantedGE Service Checking our Payments API analytics, we're seeing very few failed requests to the Payments API at this time, so this doesn't appear to be a general issue with the API. Can you message me so we can identify which app is encountering this issue?
