EFT Payment Notifications Do Not Include Payment Total

Some vendors use AI to help process EFT payments received (i.e. Amazon), however it fails to work on their end with our notifications because the e-mail sent does not include the payment total. They need that information in the e-mail to tie to their bank statemnt in order to process our payments. Can payment total be added to the automatic EFT payment notification e-mail?

The EFT emails generated do NOT have our company name on them? Does yours? We would like that added also with the total.

@Peggy Thordarson Ours has our company name in the subject line of the e-mail. We use the default message, which I belive cannot be customized, so your company name should also be in the subject line of your automatic e-mails.

Yes, I see it but so many miss that. Hopefully BB will allow customization for these.

I would also love to see customization on the message - we would like to include an e-mail address they can address questions reguarding the payment as well.
