Excel Journal Entry Add In

Is anyone else having a hard time using the Excel Journal Entry add in today? I typically use it every day, but it's not connecting today. I'm trying to chat with customer service, but thought I'd ask here! Thanks!!

    Journal Entry Batch is not working for me. All I get is the infamous green dot.

  • @Sylvia Cook Sylvia, I just got off the phone with user help (I was on hold for over an hour). I uninstalled the add-in and reinstalled it and it works fine now. Not as easy as in the past, especially on excels end.

  • @Tom Pilon I did that too and it didn't make a difference. I will try it again.

    To confirm, you removed the add-in in Excel, disconnect in the marketplace. and then reconnect from the marketplace?

  • @Tom Pilon Yes, but it's back up and working now. I just tried it. I had sent a support tix through central case earlier this AM, however, no one ever responded--probably because they were working on it. Good luck!

  • @Tom Pilon Do you get this green dot fairly often? We have it non stop to the point I can not utilize NXT. I have had a ticket in for 3 months with no resolve. They keep telling me our site is the only ones receiving it.

  • @Jennifer BensonJennifer, I get the green dot with almost every transaction I do in NXT. It usually only lasts a few seconds until my screen will appear. I try not to use DB view at all, some things it cannot be avoided. 99% of our work is in NXT, and if it isn't working, I plan the time and call user help.
